At Performance ATV Leisure, we aim to offer a smooth and fair booking experience. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking our rental services.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 12–24 hours before the rental may be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the rental or “No Show” cases will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Cancellation by Performance ATV Leisure
In case of bad weather, technical issues, or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel any booking.
Customers will be offered:
A full refund, or
A reschedule at no extra cost
3. Booking Modifications
You may request to reschedule your rental at least 12 hours before the original time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
If paid by cash or bank transfer, a representative will contact you for refund instructions.
