At Performance ATV Leisure, we aim to offer a smooth and fair booking experience. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking our rental services.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time are eligible for a 100% refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 12–24 hours before the rental may be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the rental or “No Show” cases will not be eligible for any refund.

2. Cancellation by Performance ATV Leisure

  • In case of bad weather, technical issues, or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel any booking.

  • Customers will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • A reschedule at no extra cost

3. Booking Modifications

  • You may request to reschedule your rental at least 12 hours before the original time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • If paid by cash or bank transfer, a representative will contact you for refund instructions.
